This webinar will discuss current issues in copyright and other areas of intellectual property law, explain why these issues are of interest to librarians and libraries, and describe the organizations that advocate on behalf of libraries in this arena.

Presenter

Anne Gilliland is a lawyer and a librarian, with an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Tennessee and a J.D. from Capital University Law School. She is the head of the Health Sciences Copyright Management Office at the Ohio State University.
