The 120th Annual Conference will be held at the Stamford Hilton in Stamford, CT on Monday and Tuesday, May 2 and 3, 2011.

Look for exciting workshops, dynamic speakers, and opportunities to connect with colleagues and exhibitors when the 120th CLA Annual Conference takes place.

Conference Registration is open! How to Register
- Registration is now open. CLA Members should log in with their username and password to receive conference member rates.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, or check as payment. If paying by check, please be advised that your registration will not be completed until payment is received. All payments must be received no less than 3 business days before the conference. Payments for “Early Bird” registrations MUST be received by the early rate deadline of 4/1 in order to qualify for the lower rate. You will be notified via email when your check is received and your registration is processed.

- Plan your Day Before you begin the registration process, you will need to decide which workshops, or sessions, you will attend at the conference. It's a good idea to print out, or have available, the program descriptions (located as a PDF on the side of this page) during registration.

- Other Important Info  Purchase Daily Registration, Shuttle Service from the Train, and tickets to the CLA Scholarship '80s Party as separate 'tickets' or registration items. Hotel Reservation information is available from within the Registration Form.

One & Two-Day Early Rates (registration and payment received by April 1). Lunch is included in the registration rate!

CLA member: $105/$190
Non-member: $140/$280
Students*: - $60/$120 (note: requires a 2-hr volunteer committment per day)

One & Two-Day Rates After April 1st

CLA member: $120/$210
Non-Member: $155/$310
Students*: $60/$120 (note: requires a 2-hr volunteer committment per day)

*Students must be CLA members to register at the student rate.

Hotel conference rate: $129/night (the rooms are gorgeous and so affordable!)

Hotel Shuttle
Taking the train to CLA? Shuttle service from the train to the Hilton is available at $5 per day. Purchase shuttle tickets from the registration page.

Parking
All CLA Conference attendees can park for FREE at the Stamford Hilton in the Parking Garage located at the Hilton property. Look for the parking garage signs!

CLA '80s Scholarship Party - Monday, May 2 at 8:30 p.m. at the Hilton
Help support future Connecticut Librarians while you party, '80s style! Munchies, dancing, karaoke, and prizes as well as a chance to get together with colleagues and friends. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased from the registration page. See the Party Invitation on the left side of this page.
